The World in One Second
Today Jason finished preparing another wonderful application with numerous colored illustrations. Before submitting it to the App Store sounds will be added, in order to improve the overall user experience with a read aloud functionality. The App already inludes a world map which gives an overview of all featured locations and timezone-moments. Zooming with two fingers (Pinch) helps recognize the details better. 23 wonderful illustrations by Bernardo Carvalho.
About the Author
Bernardo Carvalho was born in 1960 in Rio de Janeiro. He is a writer and journalist who – in Brazil and Portugal – has already published several novels and a book full of short stories. His works have been translated into ten languages. For “nine nights”, his first publication in German, he received the two most prestigious literary awards in Brazil: Machado des Assis and Jabuti.
